Tech-Specialized Virtual Assistant

Enterprise expertise.
Boutique partnership.

I'm a virtual assistant with 20+ years of enterprise software experience — bringing the operational depth of a large tech team to growing businesses that can't afford one.

Tech support that actually makes sense
No more explaining what you need to someone who doesn't understand systems, APIs, or how software actually works.
Operations that run without you
SOPs, workflows, and process documentation built by someone who's spent two decades building them at scale.
A partner, not a task-taker
I think through problems, not just check boxes. You get a collaborator who asks the right questions and delivers outcomes.

What I Do

The kind of support growing businesses actually need

I bridge the gap between where you are and where you want to be — handling the technical, operational, and administrative work that keeps getting pushed to next week.

⚙️
Systems & Technology Support
Website updates, CRM support, tool integrations, and technology troubleshooting — handled by someone who speaks the language.
🔄
Workflow & Process Optimization
Identify inefficiencies, design better processes, and build the SOPs and documentation that make your business repeatable and scalable.
📋
Project Coordination
Keep initiatives on track, manage timelines, coordinate stakeholders, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
🤖
AI-Assisted Process Support
Leverage AI tools to streamline content creation, research, automation, and operational workflows — with a technical eye on what's actually useful.
📅
Administrative & Executive Support
Calendar management, inbox triage, scheduling, and the day-to-day operational tasks that steal hours from your real work.
👥
Team & Vendor Coordination
Manage communication across teams, contractors, and vendors — keeping everyone aligned without the chaos hitting your desk.

Most virtual assistants come from administrative backgrounds. I come from two decades of enterprise software engineering — building APIs for streaming platforms serving millions of users, leading monolith-to-microservices decompositions, and architecting systems across ad tech, telecom, and healthcare.

That background means when you need help with technology, I don't have to Google it. When you need a process documented, I write it the way engineers write runbooks — clear, complete, and actually usable. When you describe a problem, I think about it systematically before reaching for a solution.

Workflow Ally is a service of Choate Digital Services, a boutique technical services practice based in Plano, TX. I work remotely, on flexible monthly arrangements, and I take on a small number of clients so every one gets real attention.
